PowerHouse Grand Prairie

PowerHouse Grand Prairie is 810-acre campus, located just outside of Grand Prairie in northern Ellis County between Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas. Encompassing 29 buildings planned across two phases, the project’s first building is slated to be energized in Q4 2026. As a newly-rezoned site, the joint venture has secured all necessary approvals and permits, with design and engineering currently underway.
