Olesya joined AREP in 2021 and brings a broad range of industry experience, including investment sales, corporate real estate positioning, and property management.

As Vice President of Asset Management, she oversees the day-to-day operations strategy for her data center and office portfolio, including lease transactions and financing and disposition efforts.
