Elizabeth Nicholson, LEED AP

Liz joined AREP in 2021 as Vice President of Entitlements, bringing over 20 years of experience in land use planning, zoning, development, and local government.

She is responsible for leading all aspects of AREP's entitlement efforts and coordination firm-wide. Liz excels at creating a constructive and positive dialogue with team members, local government, and the community throughout the entitlement process.
