Gregory W. Rowles, LEED^® AP
Managing Director, Planning & Construction

Gregory Rowles has over 24 years of experience in property evaluation, engineering design, project management and real estate development and is responsible for all Planning and Construction Management activities at American Real Estate Partners.

Prior to joining American Real Estate Partners, Mr. Rowles spent seven years as Director of World Wide Construction and Project Management for AOL LLC (formerly America Online, Inc.) where he was responsible for all construction and development activities within AOL’s six million square foot, global real estate portfolio. During his AOL tenure, Greg and his team were responsible for the successful delivery of nearly three million square feet of data center, office building, production studio and call center construction around the world. Additionally, Mr. Rowles was employed by Holder Construction Company where he oversaw the construction of over one million square feet of high-rise office, customer support center and data center space.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University.
