American Real Estate Partners’ in-house leasing team in headed by Michael Gribbon, Managing Executive Director. Michael’s 28 years of experience in commercial leasing includes senior positions with Cushman & Wakefield, The Oliver Carr Company and Equity Office Properties. During his time with Carr and Equity Office, Michael Gribbon was responsible for leading those firms’ leasing assignments in each of the regions in which the firm operated. Leasing is one of American Real Estate Partners’ core capabilities and provides us significantly deeper knowledge than those firms that rely solely on third party leasing firms to provide them with market intelligence. It is this perspective that enables American Real Estate Partners to select targets and acquire those assets that will have a competitive advantage during the downturns in the market.
